From 17 to 21 December, 2012, the Third Regional follow-up Seminar on the theme: AFRICA, "TAKE HEART, RISE, HE IS CALLING" (Mk 10:49) From "Caritas in Veritate to" Africae Munus ": Today´s Challenges for Africa in the light of the Social Doctrine of the Church was held in Windhoek, Namibia. 
This Seminar follows the first, held in Cotonou Benin ( 7-10 March, 2012) and the second held in Kinshasa, RDCongo (9-13 September, 2012).
